To receive the return label, simply write to customercare@maisonanami.com specifying the purchased item that you wish to return or exchange for a new size or color.

Once you receive the return label, follow the steps below:

• Place the item in the original box making sure it has its packaging with all labels and tags attached.
• Stick the pre-printed label on the box and contact the courier for collection.
• The refund or exchange of the item will be processed following the quality control carried out

Please note that items can only be returned in new condition, items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
